This pivotal role focuses on enhancing our business strategy through effective talent management, organizational design, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, and overall employee experience. The successful candidate will serve as a senior leader, reporting directly to the Store Director, and play a key role in fostering a premium workplace environment that promotes engagement, well-being, and professional growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with store management on organization design, workforce planning, and talent management.
  • Partner with talent acquisition to attract diverse talent and maintain a robust talent pipeline.
  • Assess and address training and development needs to bridge skill gaps.
  • Evolve Retail fundamentals and support from a people perspective, including implementing training initiatives, performance management, and onboarding processes.
  • Deliver and action the annual employee engagement survey.
  • Lead DE&I initiatives and activities.
  • Develop tools and processes to support the employee lifecycle and leadership with store management.
  • Drive leadership development initiatives to accelerate the growth of next-generation leaders.
  • Support talent mobility and progression within the Paris stores team.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and employees at all levels.
  • Manage performance documentation and support managers in the performance management cycle.
  • Collaborate on HR initiatives with the local HR team.


Education and Experience

  • Minimum 5 years in organization development, training, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources Management.
  • At least 4 years of management experience.

  • Proven ability to influence decisions and gain the trust of key stakeholders.
  • Experienced in managing ambiguity and developing new processes.
  • Strong business partnering skills balanced with employee advocacy.
  • Knowledgeable in local employment law.
  • Skilled in budgeting and planning.
  • Extensive experience in delivering high-level customer service in a retail setting.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams.
  • Proficient in conflict resolution, coaching, and counseling.
  • Capable of driving projects and managing project teams.
  • Effective in a Retail team environment.
