We are happy to welcome any of your current team into our community and then provide our usual support to you and your team member. Our service goes far beyond payroll: we give them access to our community, peer-to-peer connections, coaching and support. We provide all of this service for a flat 5% fee.

Yes, of course! One of our core values is flexibility. You can engage our community members in a range of different opportunities, depending on your mutual preferences. Freelance to permanent and direct to permanent are both options that Dweet offers.

We meet and get to know every member of our professional community before we connect them with you. We only welcome members into our community that already have experience in the industry and role, and we always ask for professional recommendations too. When you engage Dweet talent for consulting, your contractual relationship is with Dweet. We take care of all the administration for our consultants on freelance or temporary assignments.
