Reporting and tracking KPIs daily, weekly and monthly sharing performance with the business identifying actions to improve sales Conducting sales forecasts Working closely with the Head of Online Trade to define and execute the long-term trading strategy and KPIs to help drive growth Owning promotion launches including activating promotion codes, product price checks, asset management, testing and reporting Monitoring stock availability weekly Understanding from the Customer Care Coordinator if there are trends highlighted within customer feedback and if we can improve the site to increase sales Launching campaigns on site from start to finish Driving the content planning for the website, owning the brand calendar for ecommerce and liaising with the full team to make sure content briefs are set and deadlines are met Reporting on customer search activity using results to drive actions to improve sales Focused on customer journey and customer conversion funnels, whilst always being alert to identifying new areas to drive conversion Working closely with the Digital Marketing team to understand channel performance and opportunities to increase sales Understanding the development roadmap and UX testing to constantly improve the website and develop and deploy the tools needed to support website growth Completing ad/hoc full site testing alongside the team Understanding retail performance as well as researching competitors trade activity to identify opportunity and improvements
