Leading the risk assessment and testing programme for raw materials and finished goods, analysing data and problem solving to present recommendations. Optimise operations through continued process improvement, acting on opportunities to support scaling the business; considering the macroeconomic industry, competitive position and changing demands of the customer. Build cross departmental relations and source new external partners with consideration of capabilities and business needs (inclusive of cost, time and resource) Implementing manufacturing best practice, managing quality (AQL) procedures and final production approval.
