As Head of Product Development and Pre-Production, I lead all aspects of leather goods collections—softs, homeware, special projects, and collaborations. I partner with Design on R&D and work with global suppliers to manage sourcing and prototyping through to sample approval. Working closely with Product Merchandising, I ensure timely, high-quality delivery aligned with market needs. I'm an active member of the Made to Last sustainability committee and a mentor with Mentoring Matters, supporting the next generation of fashion talent.

Collaborating closely with the Senior Vice President of Accessories Design, responsible for interpreting and realizing the design vision from initial conception to final product for all aspects of raw materials and fabrications. I have had the privilege of working under the creative direction of Christopher Bailey, Riccardo Tisci, and Daniel Lee. Leading all facets of raw material management across four commercial seasons and two runway shows annually, spanning Men’s, Women’s, and Children’s Accessories as well as Soft Accessories. This involved attending meetings with the Creative Director to present and validate product inputs and discuss design direction. Ensuring a clear and effective communication with internal partners, including Product Development and Sourcing/Quality teams, implementing a seamless transition from product concept to pre-production samples.
