Event Account Director | 13 Years of International Experience Trilingual (French, English, Arabic) and passionate about event management, I have had the opportunity to lead and produce over a hundred events across more than six countries, ranging from corporate conferences to international festivals. My journey includes working with renowned groups such as GL events and PublicisLive, where I honed my skills in client management, complex project leadership, and partnership negotiations. Results-driven and adaptable, I strive to understand each client’s ambitions to design immersive and engaging experiences. I am always eager to embrace new challenges and create events that leave lasting impressions and answer my client's brief.

Missions : Client management in France, development of a new offer for the creation of big-scale immersive experiences, team management on different projects, budgeting, commercial negotiation and development of a new clientele portfolio and partnerships : -  CORPORATE : creation of an immersive exhibition for Altarea Cogedim "OCEANS" for a period of two years in the mall CAP 3000 in Nice : conception of a digital aquarium with an audiovisual technology and VR system, in partnership with the Oceanographic Institute of Monaco to raise awareness for the respect of biodiversity and marine ecosystems. -  CORPORATE : creation of the first "immersive sales office" for Altarea Cogedim "AIR DU TEMPS" for a period of two years for the commercialisation of a new eco-residence (immersive projection, virtual reality, storytelling and scenography). - ENTERTAINMENT : creation of a partnership with the Hauts-de-Seine department for the organization of an open air cinema "Cine-club Paradiso" in July 2020 to give the local residents a safe cultural activity in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic where all other events were cancelled. Missions : Management and production of international projects, management of a team of two full-time employees, liaison with the Dubai team, management of all teams on high-scale projects, development of production and logistics skills, sponsoring and partnerships management : - On ground activation for Trident in October 2012 through Liquid Thread agency- Organized the project from concept creation, to on ground execution with the entertainers, documentation and edit delivery. - Mall activation for Oreo in November 2012 through Starcom Mediavest Lebanon- Organized for a mall activation for 6 days, supervised the production of the exhibition stand, coordinated the games with the entertainers, and the documentation team, delivered a viral video edit for Oreo’s page. - Production of four French plays in Lebanon: “Mon colocataire est une grace” in December 2012 and February 2013, “Ma Colocataire est encore une grace” in April 2013 and “Une envie folle”in June 2012. Handled artists management, venue bookings, marketing and advertising for the play, ticketing and production. - Worked as the project coordinator for Guns N Roses concert in Lebanon presented by JK58. - Mall activation for the launch of Samsung Galaxy S4 in Lebanon in June 2013 through Liquid Thread Lebanon- Created the concept, managed the production, execution, characters choice, costume designs & delivered a viral edit for Samsung S4 facebook page. - Project manager on Creamfields Beirut 2013: Creamfields is an international electronic music festival. Worked from June 2013 to September 2013 on managing marketing, advertising, operations, production and finance of the project. Was responsible of the communication with Cream Agency in the UK and with the agents. Secured sponsors for the festival and proper media coverage. Acquired experience in budgeting, management, production, concepts creation, building and maintaining good business relationship with clients.
