As leader of fabrics and trims team for men and women I work closely with the creative team in Paris and China. I have extensive knowledge and experience of fabrics (weaving, printing, dyeing, treatments) as well as a knowledge and awareness of mill capabilities. I also have a comprehensive understanding of the product development process and how fabrics properties may aWect finished garments. Management of 3 people.

My role consisted in created seasonal fabrics research in accord with design inputs. Established a network of suppliers to support the launch of commercial and fashion shows + special requests for VIP. Developed hats and assisted the shoes designer for fabrics and leather.

Responsible for research, development and buying fabrics, trims, prints and embroideries. Guarantee creativity, quality and prices standard. Development of hats and earrings collection. Management of 3 people.

My responsibility was to drive the research and development of fabrics, development of printed fabrics liaising with print companies and designers. My role required to work closely with designers, commercial and product teams. + Iconographic research for shoes and home textiles.

Follow up of fabrics and trims, negotiating with suppliers about prices, deliveries. Always in interaction with design, product development and production team.
