Seasonal temp. I worked in organising the fitting room ; tills and general customer service as well as maintaining a tidy shop floor.

I process shipments by opening the packaging scanning the items inside, finding missing pieces making notes for anything necessary with products putting them all together and sending them to the right location.

I am a part time sales associate at L.k Bennett , I work 3 days a week. My main job roles is handling cashiers , maintaining the shop floor and organizing the stock room as well as answering phone calls and customer queries.

I worked part time 3 days a week at a money transfer branch sending money to middle eastern/Arab countries. I mainly work off of a computer where we have a software in place. When I'm not making transactions I file receipts in order of dates and form of transactions. Although these are my main job roles I take it upon my self to regularly clean and organize the work place as well as answering calls and answering customer queries.

During my time in this company I collected the necessary data needed in order to communicate and understand client needs on the day to day. I also organised market research and data analysis.

Within the store during the holiday season I worked in different departments varying from gift cards, wine shop, the veuve pop up personalising champagne cases, click and collect and the bakery section all in which include till work. I learnt how to adapt to each department and environment I was put in as well as meeting a variety of different customers from different backrounds.

I worked as a waitress at man vs food. When I started working at the restaurant I received full training. My training consisted of greeting customers at the door, hosting them to their tables and taking their orders. It became my duty to give them the ultimate customer service in order for them to leave the restaurant satisfied with something more than just the food. I learnt how to create rapport with customers. I also kept the building clean and organized by regularly sweeping, mopping and clearing out tables when I'm not serving food or being of assistance to customer needs and queries. waitress
