Phase one: Fashio Designer: • Creation of the part of the colection and of the "Style Dossier" : • Always be up to date with trends, especially from lables with a style similar to the one of the samples ; • Propose new shapes and new colors; • Based on elements provided by the client: photos, samples (shopping), samples : mainly BEST SELLERS, etc., make hand drawings with the new type of aterations requested. • Present new proposals to the client. • Afther the aproval of the hand made sketches by the client • Create the complete "STYLE DOSSIER" with the selected models in Illustrator: flat drawings, fabrics, prints and/or embroidery, all types of accessories: buttons, zips, colors, washes, etc... • Once the « Dossier » in English is ready, to be sent to the suplier sen dit to the client. Phase two: Garment Technician: • Receive the sample; • Analyze the sample down to the smallest detail, in comparison with the OK PROD sample, • Analyze the quality of fabrics, the colors, washings, etc.; • Analyze the quality of the various accessories: placement, quality of accessories: buttons, zips, etc., after application, quality of application, etc. • Analyze the quality of the various embroidered accessories, prints, applications, etc.: location, quality of execution, colors, etc. • Analyze reports, of stripes, checkered fabric, flowers, phrases, other local motives and all over; • Analyze all finishes down to the smallest detail. • Measure the piece. • The above applies to all types of fabrics: denim, circular knits, knits, etc. • The above applies applies to several types of parts: multiproduct. • Return the sample and the notes regarding the sample to the client.
