The role was newly created during the Covid-19 pandemic, as the shop opened in last quarter of 2019. Too many challenges encountered the owners, employees, suppliers, and service providers during the reopening of the shop when first lockdown restrictions eased in May 2020. Immediate challenges were; Attract and remind customers again about the restaurant in its local community. Recruiting new crew for the kitchen and front of the house, train them, assign duties for each and rotate, keep up with the health& safety requirements with the highest hygiene standards during Covid-19 in particular as it was a very crucial period to everyone, quality control and consistency continued to be an ongoing concern, maintain quality supplies for the restaurant with alternative suppliers to avoid any stock shortage. New menu and pricing was very essential to relaunch once again, with an intensive social media campaign collaborating with the online delivery providers

Developed a fashion retail concept mainly for the emerging international brands that not yet been introduced to the local market but customers are familiar with during their touristic holidays. Concept development was a very challenging task, in terms of the shopping experience, defining customer profiles, taste, budget, shopping frequency, taste and style, competitive environment, and selecting the right venue where to strategically position ourselves. On top of that, the selection process of combined vendors, their reputation regarding trends, style, and how popular they are in their home market. The core concept was to provide the customers with shopping solutions for entire matching styles at a given reasonable budget affordable by a working middle aged female, stylish and elegant I succeeded in developing multiple fashion retail concepts at a prime shopping destination, synonymous with high street brands and luxury in phase one. Recruited a team from competition with a professional background and customer service approach Worked on finalising successful supply agreement with several brands including, fashion apparel, footwear, handbags and shoes, accessories. I expanded my target clientele from 18-70 offering 3 concept stores within a triangle distance First fiscal year was a turnaround from losses Over the 5 years expansion plan, managed to maintain a healthy progression at an average rate of 27% business size, 7% in shareholders net profit, and a 9% increase in market share with our direct competitors Number of staff increased with additional role, incentive rewarding scheme created, scope of delegation expanded. Business increased because of the expansion, adding new standalone brands, and upgrading the product mix in other boutiques, along with a generous marketing budget to promote each profit centre Worked on a clearance plan for aged stock, to maintain a healthy stock level as assets in our books through bulk buying, clearance outlets and exhibitions
