Working at the Fenty Beauty/Skin at Harvey Nichols as a specialist. I was tasked with improving sales by offering advice and knowledge on makeup and skincare. By staying up to date on the latest releases of all luxury beauty products sold, I was regularly exercising my people skills to cater to the range of clients seen every day. Working as a makeup counter specialist also meant that withholding a polished image in order to well represent the brand was a major priority, so I can be trusted and respected as someone knowledgeable when applying these products to the client as well as selling them to them.
