Implementation of meeting structures for critical path management which has reduced critical path by over 3 months and brought back on track. Delivering sustainable collections whilst maintaining brand quality standards with over 80% of product infinity aligned. Contributing in fit sessions and working alongside technical to establish key blocks for consistency in fit across collections improving returns rate. Sourcing new manufacturing partners to expand category areas for MRP following success of building tailoring which is now the biggest suit brand on MR Porter. Negotiating costs at all levels – factories /fabric / sample budgets.

Working alongside the Buying Manager to buy a commercial range -Tailoring / Outerwear. Responsible for the product lifecycle from design concept through to delivery. CMT and FF. Developing sustainable practices. Identifying sales and profit opportunities which meets the needs of the customer. Building a range that delivers on price / margin and quality. Managing the critical path. Responsible for the fit process and ensuring dates and standards are met. Management of a team of 4 including buying assistant and in-house workroom.

Responsible for overseeing the production process for Jigsaw CMT product across all of Womenswear and Jigsaw Junior. Manage a busy team of 7 across both Production and in-house workroom. Overseeing the factory allocation for the seasons. Sourcing new factories as required. Working closely with the Head of Merchandising and Head of Buying. Liaising with suppliers on all enquiries and ensuring good relationships are maintained. Responsible for hitting all company margins. Excellent production and garment knowledge with technical understanding. Budget control and recruitment of freelance staff.
