A secondment task of conducting a regional HR evaluation in APAC, in YNAP's Hong Kong office. Set on the famous Saville Row, I partnered with the Head of Sales to build a superstar team of Managers, Sales Staff and Security for the three months "pop up" shoppable experience. Rumba Resort is the most opulent luxury 5-star resort on the Sunshine Coast. Reporting to the CEO, I was part of the strata-title management company (VMC) team.
