Set up established supplier chain, managed Raw Materials Pos, Inventory and Production Promoted from Intern, Product Manager and Production Manager positions. • Responsible for smooth running of End-to-End production process, working in line with company targets, and liaising / communicating with appropriate departments to ensure stock is on time & available for key launch dates. • Responsible for evolution of Sourcing and margin strategy in line with company targets. • Managing creation of seasonal critical paths • Manages purchasing of Raw materials and working closely with design and tech contribute to development of fabrics / linings / trims. Manages RMs stock • Responsible for research and development of sustainable & ethical sourcing contributing to evolution of The Fold's CSR strategy. • Responsible for seasonal review of Production process – identifying opportunities for improvement in work practise or costs. • Responsible for Seasonal review of supplier performance – recording Strengths and development points sharing with suppliers and following up improvements. • Manage high performing team. Managing and developing junior team members development to ensure great support. Delegating or taking lead where necessary. Ensure Team members have clear PDP and are aware of their development next steps. • Building networks , identifying relevant development opportunities / conferences / fairs.
