To set up my projects, people, listening, and also passion and concern for efficiency are my driving forces. With a tourism background, I have extensive experience as a confirmed project manager in events, digital or logistics, in sectors such as tourism, automobiles and FMCG. Having lived and worked in countries with different languages, I adapt to the local culture and coordinate and support the business and service teams, from the design to the completion of projects.

👌Ensure that Kingfisher's DAM meets the changing needs of the business and the quality of data is always managed and controlled to ensure maximum effectiveness of the tool. 📌Project Management - Identify training needs and recommend any remedial action. - Supply all training materials. - Ensure materials are updated. - Support data acquisition & asset validation teams with processes & deliverables. - DAM steering group: focus on delivering the development and direction of the DAM, general governance, management and prioritization of the different stakeholder. - Deliver and refine the digital taxonomy / data model in conjunction with the Product Owner - Set governance standards and work with colleagues to ensure they are followed. 📌Visual Guidelines and Asset Development - Provide governance of the visual guidelines that are updated ensuring they are in line with the content standards set out by Brand Systems & Content Development Manager. - Process all Kingfisher visual guidelines – ensure shot codes are accurate and requirements meet group standards. - Update the Kingfisher naming convention document to include any new types of assets the team may begin to create. 📌Reporting - Support with reporting on OEB output KPIs and make recommendations for future developments on a monthly basis. Provide ad-hoc reports when needed for the OEB team to assess content effectiveness within certain brands or ranges. - Feed in development opportunities to Brand Systems & Content Development Manager for reports to be automated where possible across both DAM & PIM systems. - Monitor internal search terms & advise users on additional tags that may be useful to the DAM users. Trend analysis. - Monitor regular errors in how data is used in the system and advise IT / dev / users on necessary fixes.
