Primarily my role here was to be a welcoming and presentable face to greet club members returning to the Mayfair Boutique gym; offering potential new members all helpful info I was entrusted with handling clients' payments, expected to handle calls frequently, managing clients and coaches schedules. Whilst maintaining the general upkeep and presentation of the gym, I would manage stock and class equipment. Being intuitive of what each client wants for their experience was imperative. Making sure their time was as relaxing as possible, all while building rapport.

Working in an independent restaurant demonstrated the importance of leaving the customer with the best impression of yourself and the establishment, and I learned how things must run as smooth running to achieve this. This included consistently taking steps to reinsure the safety of both customers and colleges in the store, by maintaining the high health and safety standards in addition to the quality of both customers orders and stock. Being entrusted with daily inventory checks and orders, and helping train new staff was a responsibility for me. From learning the importance of an establishments brand, arranging the seating chart of the restraraunt became a part of my role there Barista Caffè Nero 2021-2022 As a Barista in Central London, I had to be consistently communicative when serving custom food and drink orders. In high-stress situations, when the workload would be extremely high, staying attentive and adaptable whilst having a friendly and outgoing attitude was essential to provide no only a standard of safety/hygiene. Keeping up to date with new products, as well as having a good understanding of what people are consuming was needed to offering, is needed to offer accurate/upcoming recommendations.
