SHOWROOM - 2 sessions per year - Establish purchasing budgets and client business plans. - Guide wholesale partners to ensure optimal assortment and brand image in line with Parajumpers guidelines. - Manage orders through production launches. - Collect and analyze customer feedback on collections. CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CREDIT MANAGEMENT - Handling customer inquiries (disputes, replenishments, deliveries, payments) in collaboration with the ADV/Supply Chain department to ensure optimal service according to standards. - Proposing solutions to address customer issues.
