▶ Brand : Parajumpers ▶ Univers : B to B - Prêt-à-porter Man / Kids ▶ Scope : ≈ 250 customers(France / Benelux = multibrand stores, department stores and pure players) Wholesale Area Manager for the Parajumpers brand responsible for a portfolio of clients (multi-brand stores, department stores, pure players) in the France, Belgium, Luxembourg. COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT - Distribution management in assigned areas: prospecting, identifying new growth opportunities. - Deployment and monitoring of Parajumpers sales strategy (regular customer visits, training, VM checks, assortments). - Commercial analysis and weekly reporting (sell-through and customer feedback). - Implementation of action plans to optimize performance: pop-ups, events, incentives, marketing/communication activities. SHOWROOM - 2 sessions per year - Establish purchasing budgets and client business plans. - Guide wholesale partners to ensure optimal assortment and brand image in line with Parajumpers guidelines. - Manage orders through production launches. - Collect and analyze customer feedback on collections. CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CREDIT MANAGEMENT - Handling customer inquiries (disputes, replenishments, deliveries, payments) in collaboration with the ADV/Supply Chain department to ensure optimal service according to standards. - Proposing solutions to address customer issues.
