Having participated in the Jack Petchey Competition, it deeply strengthened my ability to engage with people and promote my ideas in a compelling way and I see it being very applicable to my aim in search for work, to provide assistance to customers and as well employers whether to provide information or provide support in making decisions. Furthermore, my experience with social media has contributed to my ability to socialise with a large range of people, and in a workplace environment where I'll be faced with many different people on a daily basis, I believe I can fit in smoothly and attend to anyone's needs and deal with accordingly.
• With Mace Group, I had the opportunity to meet all sorts of engineers in the construction industry from Mechanical to Electrical and many more on the site of Woolgate Exchange, it strongly supported building my interest in the construction industry and learn what it offers, what it demands and how I see myself suitable in the environment and working through problems from an engineering perspective.
