Reporting to the HRD Fashion & Beauty, dotted line to each brands’ Managing director. Scope : Fashion brands - Jean Paul Gaultier, Nina Ricci, Rabanne • HR team management : 6 people : 3 HR Dev. + 2 admins & payroll + 1 HR finance controller. • Leading the global HR strategy for the 3 brands. Develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy that supports the company's mission, vision and values depanding on each brand’ strategy. Partner with senior leadership to align people initiatives with business objectives and drive organizational effectiveness. Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management and offboarding, and ensure consistent practices across the 3 brands. Lead the design and implementation of talent development and succession planning programs to drive growth opportunities. Develop and manage compensation and benefits programs that are competitive and compliant with local regulations in each brand. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations and maintain up-to-date HR policies and procedures. Promote a positive and inclusive work environment by supporting D&I initiatives in each brand. Advise and support managers and employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations, conflict resolution and performance improvement. Draw up and implement the annual training plan and manage the overall budget for the 3 brands. Define and manage staff cost budget & forecasts, based on each brand business.
