Directed multi-factory development & production (up to 9 sites) aligned to seasonal budgets; daily partnership with Design/PD/Tech/QA/Logistics. Secured raw-material readiness, fit sessions and approvals on time; governed comments to move styles from proto to PP without rework. Reduced country lead time from 18 to 14 weeks and lifted OTIF to ~96% by planning capacity and removing bottlenecks. Launched a nightwear initiative that generated ~£10M revenue in the first pandemic year while protecting quality and margin.
Led an 86-person technical team (R&D, Fit, Costing, QC) for womenswear collections (tailoring and softs). Owned patterns, grading, sealing and PP approvals; reduced fit rounds from 3 to 2 through better blocks and tolerances. Implemented technical governance and QC that enabled self-approval shipping status with key customers.
