Naiise is a carefully curated multi-label store that not only includes fashion and accessories, but has lifestyle and features locally made products. It's vision and mission is to inspire people with it's curated list of designers and artists that has a story or an inspiration to share with the world through their creation. As at Nov 2017, Naiise has currently 6 stores in Singapore and is already in the midst of expansion to Malaysia and in The UK. My responsibilities (which are not limited to) includes: - Assisting in constant category changes. - In-charge of procuring strategic brands and forging good relationship with suppliers. - Formulate strategies and policies for the Buying team, with key focus in growing both workshops and exclusive brands. - In-charge of the fashion category(Womens and mens) which does not only includes apparel but also shoes, jewellery, pins and patches, bags etc. - Overseeing 80 suppliers/brands till date. - Assisting with order fulfilment. - Assisting in maintaining accurate store inventory levels. - Regularly maintaining appropriate levels of all store supplies. - Assisting in receiving, checking, and maintaining quality levels of product and its packaging. - Assisting with the VM for the fashion category for each store.
Bang3 Pte Ltd is an e-commerce retailer, retailing carefully curated Korean street style labels such as Blindness, Andersson Bell, Vlades and Heich Blade, which have shown their collections on the runway. My responsibilities(which are not limited to) are: - Assisting in the editing and doing the layout of photos. - In-charge of designing the in-house fashion collection for a release every 3 months. - Assisting in creating tech packs which will be sent to factories overseas. - Assisting in styling the existing labels which are retailing on the e-store. - Assisting in searching for a suitable photographer, model, hair & makeup artist for photoshoots. - In-charge of creating the garment patterns for the in-house collection. - Assisting in inventory control.
Assist in liaising and bringing in local and Asian designers for an upcoming Asian Collective Store - Mporium, which does not include only fashion and accessories, but also includes lifestyle goods, curios, furnitures, furnishings, works by featured installation artists, a monthly new-artist/artisan pop-up store/feature and a gallery. Besides liaising and bringing in the designers, I also assist in the role of a buyer, choosing the suitable and available styles from the curated brands, for the consumers here in Suntec City. Mporium is scheduled to open in end September 2015 and is located at Suntec City Tower 1 level 1, amongst international brands.
