Responsible for the hiring processes of three factories across Spain, totalling 300 industrial workers. Furthermore, I began to work on exit interviews, which had never been done previously. On the other side, the business was expanding, so I cooperated with my colleague to recruit all staff for a new manufacturing plant that opened in July.
