A global comms/creative group within the B2B space. 6 market leaders within their specialist spaces with some of the globes leading clients. This was brand new position for the group, designed to lead on all strategy, stakeholder engagement and delivery across 4 best in class communication businesses globally. I designed, implemented and deliver on every hire across each of the 6 businesses below. With the aim to bring down recruitment spend and to deliver on Diversity & Inclusion and a consistent process for each business and all the candidates. Using data and analytics to look at key trends within markets and processes to optimise time spent on hiring of a role. Due to the nature of many of the positions a thorough headhunt process would be needed to support all other methods. This is a global position so I am liaising with managers across the globe and managing the recruitment processes for multiple roles within multiple regions at any given time (North and South America, APAC and primarily EMEA). I have also supported the businesses from an operational point of view, helping with company structure, talent development, job descriptions and many other adhoc tasks. My first ever recruitment focussed role where I learnt a full 360 role from the ground up. By the time I left I managed the temp desk and was responsible for new business and day to day account management.

The operations leadership scheme was designed by KFC UK to introduce new talent into the company by way of a graduate scheme. I joined in its first year, being one of only nine selected from over 1000 applicants. The aim of the scheme is to learn every aspect of the operational side of KFC, with the look to take this knowledge into a higher management role.
