I excel at managing collections, with a great deal of artistic and technical expertise. I have excellent organisational and managerial skills, making me the ideal partner to support an artistic director in developing his collections by managing and motivating the design, workshop, R&D and sourcing teams. RTW Collection Director Direction of the Women's and Men's collections in close collaboration with the AD Simon Porte Jacquemus. Managing the design, R&D, purchasing, development and workshop teams (45 people). Supporting the brand's growth with qualitative and quantitative development targets. Supervise the collections, from design to standardisation. Guaranteeing the quality of samples, their industrialisation and design to cost - Responsible for margins Drawing up collection plans, respecting the balance and coherence between the image and commercial parts. Creation of retroplannings, optimisation and respect of budgets. Creation of a "Signature" wardrobe Implementation of drop deliveries by pillar, with pre-purchases in collaboration with merchandising and production. (Saving 60 days on the IN STORE) Overhaul of organisational charts and processes. Capitalise on experience by structuring and strengthening the development and purchasing teams. Creation of a design office, with implementation of PLM and the Lectra system. Organisation and technical monitoring before and during fashion shows.
