Building of the strategy of the business plans and the development of the Hermès Maison Collections (Furniture, Objects and Home Textiles) • Collecting plans achievement, creating briefs (Model-Material-Color), following-up of retroplanning and product development • Interfacing with the Artistic Direction/Designers, with the the Purchasing, Production and Commercial teams for the design and management of the collections • Monitoring of KPI (budgets, reports, competition study, analyzes...).
For the Furniture, Lighting, Rugs & Framing sectors, creation of international collections for the European, Asian and Latin American purchasing centers.
Building the Rugs & Ligthing Collections for the 180 stores • Responsible of the communicatin map & merchandizing actions • Creation of 2 patents (Cosmix & Attach cuatro)
Implementation of new image strategy for the 14 stores • Building the « own brand» and seasonal stores with a focus on Christmas opening of the first Christmas shops purchase budget €
n charge of the international purchases and negotiation for the 42 stores in the park & hotels for Men & Women’ s ready-to-wear.
Animation of a test store around an offer of shoes and luggage accessories with the notion of performance.
