Cross-Department Collaboration: Working alongside with IDAS' creative vision, developing technical specifications, including patterns, lasts, and prototypes, to ensure alignment with brand ethos and funcationality. Also acting as a bridge between departments (design, production, marketing) to dtreamline communication and operations. Material Sourcing: Researching and visiting tanneries that produce leathers of utmost quality, that meet our durability, sustainable, and aesthetic standards. Supply Chain Optimisation: Coordinating sourcing, production, inventory, and distribution to ensure timely delivery and high-quality output. Budget and Resource Management: Ensuring projects stay within budget while maintaining resource efficiency. Prototyping and Sampling: Developing prototypes and refining them based on fit, comfort, and overall performance. Collaboration with Artisans and Manufacturers: Working closely with craftsmen and production teams to ensure design precision and adherence to quality standards.
