The main focus of this role is to help find high quality tenants to occupy the properties of the agency. This is done via communication through telephone, email and in-person visits to the office. Furthermore, other duties include: • Removing rental property listings from various platforms, including our agency's website and Rightmove, once the properties are let. • Assisting potential tenants by understanding their requirements, arranging property viewings, and providing detailed property information. • Ensuring the completion of necessary legal paperwork, including signing tenancy agreements, good faith deposits, and inventory documentation. • Conducting thorough reference checks to ensure the suitability of prospective tenants. • Updating our shared drive and system with new tenants' details to maintain accurate and current records.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and answering any of their queries. • Serve customers on the till efficiently and quickly to minimise queues. • Keep the shopfloor neat and tidy. • Upselling additional products, such as trainer maintenance items (Crep Protect).
• Put stock out onto the shopfloor. • Keep the stockroom tidy. • Lift heavy products, such as sofas, to get them to the loading bay to be sent to customers who ordered them.
