A Data Analyst by training and a creative at heart, I specialise in the 'architecture' of business: transforming complex data into streamlined, actionable narratives. Having honed my skills at SAP and Cynergy Bank, I am now dedicated to applying this analytical rigour to the worlds of art and fashion. I am passionate about the synergy between technical systems and aesthetic form, seeking to drive operational success for brands that value both heritage and innovation.
Animuz Project (AI-Assisted Cultural Mediation): Managed the technical production and creative direction of AI-driven animations based on museum pieces. I led the end-to-end creative process, from crafting visual briefs to directing AI-assisted tools to transform static paintings into engaging content for young audiences. Muzquest: Led the strategy and execution of multimedia awareness campaigns for digital learning materials. I utilised behavioural analysis and A/B testing on promotional assets, such as posters and social graphics, to refine the learning experience. I personally designed high-impact visual assets using OpenArt, Ideogram 3.0 and Canva with the mission of driving critical thinking and engagement. I managed relationships with local schools and cultural partners to ensure the campaign's messaging was tailored to community needs.
I developed critical thinking and analytical skills through creating materials and leading discussions during debate classes with children. I learned how to communicate more efficiently and adapt my discourse based on different kinds of audiences. The experience enabled me to understand how to explain complex concepts to non-technical public and how to be more adaptable when noticing that my approach doesn't get the best results.
Volunteer at "The Romanian Film Nights": • Following an interview, I was assigned to the PR team (an opportunity to understand more about planning such a big-scale event and learn a lot about responsibility and ambition). • My activities were focused on taking interviews of famous Romanian actors, write articles for the event’s website and magazine and promote the event on all of their online platforms. I also distributed flyers and helped the other departments with organizational matters or any unexpected issues.
