Lead the Retail and Trade marketing strategies for the full company's Portfolio of Brands across company's Retail distribution network. Perimeter: 30 brands including (Giorgio Armani, Chanel, Tiffany, Polo, Dolce &Gabbana, Burberry, Prada, Versace), LensCrafters 1000 stores, $1.5 mio budget - Govern and run the in-store marketing calendar of the company’s owned Retail chain LensCrafters ($1.4 billion turnover, 40 campaigns/yr) - Develop POP tools, materials and window campaigns, combining Brand's positioning, markets' needs and budget. Full control of the creative process, from concept design to quality check - Develop the visual merchandising guidelines of the stores ensuring that visual execution and assets support the communication in store - Set yearly budget and investment priorities. Design investment guidelines, monitor in- store performance and analytics: ROI, sell in/ sell-through, traffic
