I am a highly experienced retailer with extensive operational expertise in luxury Fashion, Beauty, Home, Food & Hospitality, within store operations, trading, logistics and online, gained through my 30+ year career with Harvey Nichols & Co Ltd as Group Trading Director and as General Manager with Harrods Ltd, in London. I have a strong work ethic, a passion for people and in building great teams, loyalty and culture, in driving sales and experiential service within commercial operations. I have an innate understanding of luxury brands, capable of driving exceptional customer facing experiences both in stores and through digital technology / Online. I am a proven visible leader and recognised by my peers and reporting CEO's as someone who can deliver results, is hands on in applying a sense of team spirit and entrepreneurial qualities as a key contributor to business strategy working as a successful Management Board member. I have been responsible for the entire end to end customer journey both stores and online, including all operational logistics in driving retail teams to embrace Omni Channel, including fulfilment, process, policy & procedure to effectively manage an outstanding customer experience successfully.
