Dual manager for studio and Mount store. -Team Management – Managing the small start-up team reporting directly to the Founder. Assisting the Founder and management team on business plan, P&L and ownership of the internal critical path, directing wholesale and PR manager. -Fashion week Backstage – Working closely with the PR manager and production team to deliver fashion shows including collating and assembling the looks, ensuring a seamless operating schedule between all parties involved -Managing Contractors – Working on an all encompassing role simultaneously organising and linking together many different departments taking into account budget control, external contractors and consultants. -Client Relations – Managing all aspects of the client experience, working closely with VIP clients, stylists, large corporate representatives, retail customers. -Production – Liaising with the atelier team and the studio on production for retail in RTW and bespoke to ensure the buy will maximise sales and meet delivery windows.
