Through various experiences with consumer needs and her personal sense of style, Zolika developed a powerful expertise in Luxury Fashion, first as Consultant for Chloe for more than 10 years. She strategically anticipated the shift in the luxury market in China and supported multiple renowned brands in focusing their attention on customer service and retention, leading to a substantial sales and margin improvement for her clients. To support the growing needs of luxury retail brands Zolika launched Place Des Victoires in 2015. Today she focuses her work on brand management and luxury retail experience worldwide.
