Spearheaded entire process of new store expansion and sales generation. Directed retail eco-system, including luxury stores, concessions and outlets. Administered buying, planning and distribution of Ralph Lauren luxury labels in Asia Pacific, including Collection, Purple Label, RRL and Fine Watches/Jewellery. Collaborated with New York design team to select Runway collection and fulfil needs of country-specific consumers and VIP client requests.
Oversaw strategic planning and management of all stores in Japan, such as department store concession and wholesale operations, outlet locations, free-standing boutiques and flagship establishments. Evaluated consumer data to forecast future purchasing trends, resulting in more informed decisions and business expansion. Established first iteration of entire Retail Operations organisation structure from part-time store employees to Regional Directors, streamlining communications, enhancing management, and promoting employee and customer satisfaction.
