I engaged with homeowners, explaining the value of the service, including the freshness of the ingredients, gourmet meal options, and the ease of home delivery. My responsibilities involved understanding customer needs, overcoming objections, and emphasising the unique aspects of the service that set it apart from competitors. I quickly built rapport, tailored my pitch to different households, and closed sales by highlighting the convenience and quality of the service.

Stewarding involves managing events, ensuring smooth operations, and providing excellent service to attendees. This role developed my organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage logistics under pressure. It also required strong communication with team members and the ability to make quick decisions to address unexpected challenges.

As customer service and social media manager for my mother's home catering service, I handle all interactions with our English-speaking customers. I manage customer inquiries, take orders, resolve any issues that arise, and ensure that our clients are satisfied with our service. On the social media side, I create content, engage with followers, and promote our catering services to attract new customers and maintain a strong online presence.

As a tutor for young kids, I taught them Islamic courses, helping them learn and understand the basics of Islam. My role involved guiding them through religious teachings, helping them memorise important prayers and verses, and explaining the principles and values of Islam in a way that is easy for them to grasp. I create a supportive and engaging learning environment, making sure the lessons are both informative and enjoyable, so they can build a strong foundation in their faith.
