As a Sales Assistant at Radley London, I excelled in customer engagement and driving sales. My strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure make me an asset in any retail environment, particularly in luxury and premium outlets.
As a part-time sales assistant, I approached customers in a friendly and engaging way, all whilst demonstrating strong interpersonal skills through communicating various information such as promotions and suggested products. Through interacting well with customers I ultimately contributed in getting the store's sales up. -Worked effectively on tills getting sales done quickly whilst conversing with customers, subconsciously persuading them to come back again. -Performed well in a team environment, making the spirit of the shop more positive. -Cleaned the store above company standards. -Stayed on top of every promotion and knowledge of products, contributing to sales going up.
Whilst studying for my GCSE's, I tutored three kids individually to learn musical instruments (one learnt guitar, one learnt piano and one learnt to sing). I started this to gain DofE experience, but continued this until I finished secondary school due to my enjoyment of seeing my students improve. -Created weekly time tables and lesson plans weekly to fit around myself and my students. -I helped my students develop their musicality, such as getting performance opportunities for them like school concerts I put on. -Stayed on top of other important commitments in my life whilst offering high quality lessons.
Grace is a very intelligent young lady. With a wonderfully curious mind, and lots of interests in a broad range of subjects. In our time working together it was great to see Grace blossom and grow in her role and confidence. Grace would build good rapport with the customers in store helping to build brand loyalty and would be a fab addition to any team.
