The academic part of the program is provided by the LSBU University in London. I speak as an industry expert at several modules such as: strategy for growth and innovation | Vision, Mission and Values | Employee Engagement and Leading Change | High Performance Workplace. I also provide an individual / team business mentoring support to each clients joining the program with the LSBU university.

Attend board of directors annual meeting of UL testing laboratory in Milan (2018) Lead the industrialisation team for all categories of products (apparel & non apparel) and materials (leather, textile, trims) across Italy and Asia. Bring new technologies and more sustainable materials to Burberry luxury goods by forecasting trends and then working with start-ups, leading universities and research centres to source technology. Report directly to Senior Vice President of Quality & Raw Materials and personally manage a global team of 11 experts in the UK, Italy, and Hong Kong. Develop and engineer materials like textiles, leather, hardware/jewellery and polymers in addition to products like bags, belts, scarves and garments. Point of contact for Management of global third-party providers

Defined and implemented the Quality Foundations for testing, creating Standards & Processes to deliver globally compliant products from raw materials (textiles, leathers, trims) to finished goods (footwear, apparel and soft and hard accessories). Managed cross-functional task force with Finance, Sourcing and Development teams. Drove LEAN implementation in the quality organization, was part of the leadership team for selecting new IT systems, and developed new process and best practice (internal laboratory certification, PRSL). Manage global relationships with Burberry’s third-party testing labs Reported directly to Senior Vice President of Quality & Raw materials and managed a team of three.

Worked with fashion designers, product managers, pattern makers, industrialization department and the supply chain to deliver the right products at the right price and quality on time at a large French lingerie company. Managed Sourcing & Innovation for swimwear, technical lingerie, ready to wear, nightwear & bodywear, always looking for interesting technology to propose to the Brand Department Director. Travelled extensively with product managers and fashion designers to launch new styles, select new materials, audit factories, do development planning, and solve supply chain issues. Developed and implemented the Aubade supplier contract (exclusivity, price, PO and delivery, quality insurance, payments) and managed sourcing, development and technical audits of supplier network in Europe, Maghreb, Turkey & Asia  Managed 2 development engineers.  Trained our sales and retail forces on textile raw materials and Aubade products.

Managed quality for undergarments, socks, and tights in Turkey office, Spain office, and French warehouse. Performed Social, Technical and Environmental audits globally Worked closely with Carrefour purchase offices, fashion designers, pattern makers and marketing teams. Managed 4 people in Spain and 5 people in Turkey and our international third-party network (ITS, SGS, BV, AS, CTC, IFTH) Supported Fabric Development & Innovations by providing technical support during buyers meetings, developing benchmark studies, and setting up a master colour system.
