Co-ordinated and managed two-hour mentoring sessions on a weekly basis for the start-up community, working directly with the Campus London team. Initiatives I led on include: Proposing and running the first evening "Mentoring@Campus". We completed 51 sessions - more than twice the usual number of mentors and start-ups hosted. This became a regular part of the Campus program, running once per quarter. Co-ordinated and ran special mentoring sessions with senior directors from the Google London office. This expanded team engagement with the directors, who subsequently encouraged their teams to attend, enhancing the customer satisfaction rating of sessions. Trained four new campuses on the process for running the program. Established the shadowing scheme, whereby new mentors can learn from experienced mentors.
