Implemented an effective sales reporting system based on periodically targets linked to KPIs. Adapted assortments to the local needs reducing significantly the out-of-stock risk and simultaneously the values of inventories. Contributed in the definition of the Marketing and Communication Strategy integrating Above and Below The Line activities; improved brand awareness and sales.
