Replicated and improved the start-up strategy I created and implemented successfully in Czech Republic. In 14 months of establishing the company, recruited and trained a professional sales-driven team, optimized synergies with the Czech team, opened 16 well performing shops in different cities (6 Calzedonia, 7 Intimissimi and 3 Tezenis).
Resolved the long-standing problems and created solutions that improved operational efficiency. All tasks related to putting the company on its feet again and reorganizing the structure. In less than 24 months all the goals had been successfully reached: the company is now profitable, well organized and the team aligned with the corporate values. Implemented an effective sales reporting system based on periodically targets linked to KPIs. Adapted assortments to the local needs reducing significantly the out-of-stock risk and simultaneously the values of inventories. Contributed in the definition of the Marketing and Communication Strategy integrating Above and Below The Line activities; improved brand awareness and sales.
