- Implementing on-time, on-budget delivery of high-quality e-learning solutions - Performing all back-end administrative processes to deliver e-learning via a Learning Management System (LMS). - Liaises with IT to lead in the implementation and further development of the Company’s strategies relating to e-Learning. - Interfaces with third-party content providers (vendors) and internal colleagues (e.g., stakeholders, SMEs, IT) to implement courseware. - Interacts with stakeholders and SMEs in planning and scoping requirements for curriculum, and performs needs assessment to confirm learning objectives. - Designs, develops, implements and evaluates custom e-learning courses, including the creation of graphics, animations, and videos. - Designs and develops supporting aides for e-learning participants. - Reviews and tests new and revised curriculum offerings. - Plans and participates in pilot deliveries of new courses, traveling to provide on-side pilot support as necessary. - Develops course descriptions and related course-specific marketing documents and tools. - Provides reporting to management on training progression and completion, student usage, and instructor-led training completions, and develops ad hoc and specialized reports as required. - Provides e-learning technical support for the organization. - Performs LMS setup and ongoing maintenance (e.g., learner database, security) and coordinates with appropriate areas. - Qualifies LMS administrators for system use, verifies that skills have been met, and coaches administrators when required.
- Developed, implemented and amended the Strategic Marketing plan on the full electric vehicle range. - Responsible for amending and updating the promotional materials on various channels (print, presentation, social media) - Carried on leads estimation projects with the communication team using audience measurement tools. - Deputized to represent the company in official meetings and think tanks with the Department of Transport and the Society of Car Manufacturers. - Set up and analyzed the sales reports and commercial analysis based upon Key Performance Indicators and brand awareness. - Conceptualized new go-to-market strategies and implemented them with the communication agencies and the Sales force. - Managed the budget of the on-field operations. - Created the materials (presentations and print) and trained the communication agencies to new electric vehicles ground breaking technology. - Worked with the Sales Execs and report their wishes / criticism in a synthetic summary. - Monitored a project to develop a new charging method (inductive charging) in the UK.
