I have extensive experience in customer service roles including leadership roles where I trained staff, handled transactions, and ensured high-quality customer experiences. My skills in adaptability and multitasking make me well-suited for dynamic retail environments.
This role allowed me to work with a logistics team to ensure each summer school center was of high quality and crafted events were successful. Within this role I paid close attention to the customer interface and experience each student was having, customer loyalty was important to my role. In this role I learnt a lot of communications skills, budgeting skills and methodical working practices.
My role at Kaya was team leader, which entailed training junior members of staff on the basics of customer interface, leading the team to excellent service and a high level of communication. Within this role and many of my other hospitality roles I have developed transferable skills such as adaptability / flexibility, multi-tasking, leadership, handling money and patience.
