Worked with the CEO, Head Merchandisers, Graphic Designers, Manufacturers, Suppliers, and Buyers such as: Product: • Competitive Intelligence : Visuals, Trends and forecasting. • Identifying growth opportunities • Proposal and development of models (textile techniques, fabrics manipulation & ornamentations). • Product customization (embroidery, embossing, foiling, printing, laser cutting, screen printing, etc...) • Fabrics and raw materials sourcing. • Performing fabric & color testing. • Leading product sampling activities. • Performing finish tests to improve and ensure the pre-industrialization of models. • Preparing technical files and documents necessary for the developments at the manufacturers. Production: • Ensured completion & timely approvals of all strike-offs and samples. • Weekly in-house meetings with team members • Regular follow-up on the progress of the collection to meet delivery deadlines. • Leading the meetings with buyers, suppliers, and manufacturers. • Updating various follow-up documents throughout the development process. • Production quality control • Archiving samples/models.

•Completed two months project with the company. •Assisting the senior designer and amending design on textile using embroideries, weaving, surface embellishment. •Making swatches files for the record of the designs sent to the buyers. •Conducted search work to find required information(designs, techniques, colorways, etc.) for the seasonal collection using the internet

•Organize and maintain design developments: artwork, trims, fabric worksheets, initial development, finalized tech packs, line list, etc. •Assists in managing multiple collections at different stages of development, while adhering to the development calendar. •Working closely with the Design Director to create concepts, color stories and develop fabrics, print, embroideries, and trims. •Executing the overall development process by making sure all the development of styles are on a calendar and in time for the market week.
