I’ve built a strong foundation in customer service through my experience working in customer care at McDonald’s. In that role, I learned how to communicate clearly, stay calm under pressure, and make sure every customer leaves with a positive experience. I enjoyed working in a fast‑paced environment where teamwork and reliability were essential. That experience helped me grow more confident, organised, and able to handle different situations professionally. It also taught me the importance of representing a brand well and maintaining high standards at all times. Alongside my work experience, I completed my Level 3 BTEC Business qualification, which strengthened my understanding of how businesses operate day‑to‑day. Studying business helped me develop skills in organisation, problem‑solving, and planning. Now, I’m moving forward to study Accounting and Finance at university, where I’m excited to build deeper knowledge and open new career opportunities. I’m motivated, hardworking, and ready to take on new challenges that will help me grow both personally and professionally. My goal is to continue developing my skills and work towards a successful future in the finance industry.
When I was working at McDonalds, my main duties were to make sure that every customer feels welcomed from the moment they arrive. I greet people with a friendly attitude and stay calm even when the restaurant is busy. I help customers with their orders, answer questions clearly, and solve any issues so they leave satisfied. I keep the dining area clean and comfortable to give everyone a better experience. I work closely with my team to keep things running smoothly and efficiently. Overall, I focus on delivering reliable, positive service that represents the brand well.
