Follow up with factories for sampling, bulk TNA, on time delivery, testing and etc. preparing samples and other style and fabrication for season wise negotiation meeting. Checking costing and cross develop the styles as required.
Merchandising Dept. Epic Group Handeling Brands: Uniqlo. Prepare the Cost sheet. Sourcing fabric and Trims and negotiating price with the supply chain. Making TNA achieve on-time delivery. Follow up the entire approval process with testing. Conducting weekly progress meetings and reviewing products on weekly basis. Maintain and control budget and Liability.
– Marketing & Merchandising Department Concorde Garments Ltd Handeling Brands: Stormtech, Alphabroder, Peacocks, EWM, Piazza Italiano, Pull & Bear, Zara. Prepare an Open Cost Sheet (OCS). Sourcing raw materials and negotiating prices with suppliers. Prepare the TNA calendar and follow up on the shipment till reaches to buyer's Warehouse. Conduct critical path meetings with Factory and Buyer to ensure the quality of the product and on-time delivery.

Prepare product file for buyer and monitor sampling, materials, and testing approvals. Follow up bulk material booking and deliver flow to meet the TNA of production. Coordinate with CAD and IE team for consumption of the garment to quote Costing. Arrange style handover meeting with Factory production concern.
