• Responsible for all aspects of stockroom organisation (including maintenance of standards, efficient layout and processes). • Leading stock takes and informing the merchandising team when stock is running low and requires replenishment • Providing excellent customer service on the tills as well as the shop floor when customers have any queries • Working collectively as a team and actively supporting and training colleagues
