. I gained valuable experience working with Artisan People Group, where I represented a variety of premium makeup and fragrance brands in retail environments such as Dior, Chanel, ysl, Prada and more This role strengthened my product knowledge, particularly in cosmetics application and fragrance profiling, allowing me to confidently recommend products tailored to individual customer needs. I regularly delivered engaging brand experiences, drove sales through personalised consultations, and built strong relationships with customers by providing excellent service. Working with Artisan People Group also enhanced my communication skills, adaptability, and ability to meet targets while maintaining high brand standards. During my time working with artisan I worked in stores such as John Lewis, m&s Fenwick, Peter and Jones's, Pearson and boots. I have experience working across a range of premium retail environments, including John Lewis, Peter Jones, Pearsons and Fenwick, where I sold luxury makeup and fragrance products. My shifts varied between these stores in areas such as slowness square, Oxford street, Kingston, Brent Cross, Westfield, St Albans etc. In these roles, I represented prestigious brands such as Dior, Chanel, Prada and YSL, delivering a high level of customer service, offering personalised product recommendations and demonstrating strong product knowledge.
