Based on customer volume order s/b handed over to respective person to make it positive. From the day one a TNA has to be made for each & every order and day to day basis follow is the part of execution. Leading team : As a team leader I have to supervise my team in a successive way. Costing, Sample development, Supplier Management , Production Follow Customer : OVS, Prenatal, C&A Development Stage: 1. After receipt of the design sheets & size specs-providing to several vendors to cross costing/sampling/lab-dipping/leg panels by using various fabrics & by applying several washes to make buyer understand one style in different options. 2. Closely follow up fabric supplier in this stage to analyze quality/cut able width/finish(special if any)/price/payment terms/shipment mode/delivery lead time to make vendors comfortable to start dealing after order confirmation with them as fabric is the vital portion of garments. 3. Keeping eyes open in regards which orders are running at the vendors for other customers from which some styles can be selected within our range. 4. Analyzing design risk analysis with technical team Order Follow-up Stage: 1. Analysis of total projection of the season for each vendor. 2. Receipt of confirmed purchase orders. 3. Entry the POs in Order Master (total business history in internal system by value/volume/color/style no/style description/product category) 4. File management 5. Follow up LC receipt by vendors 6. Follow up fabric approval stages i.e. base hanger with test report, bulk hanger with test report. 7. Follow up sample approval stages i.e. buying sample, fit sample, graded sealer & gold seal sample with technical team & vendors. 8. For Denim New wash details, Wash approval analysis & Follow-up with Washing Factory. 9. Work with internal departments to ensure quality, production and timely delivery of orders 10. Follow up vessel booking given by vendors in online to ensure all deliveries are going on scheduled vessel 11. Cross check all layout for trim/accessories with vendors & in case of any new item needed-announce to vendors with proper clarifications from buyer 12. Provide all day to day info to vendors clarifying with buyer.

Merchandising for GAP & H&M Acu. Work with Factory Merchandising Team for the Production Plan & Shipment Plan. Arrange meetings with production and quality team. Flow-up the Trims and Accessories status, cutting production; print and embroidery status. Analyzing productivity and improving system.
