I was one of a small team of 2 designers working for a private label and high street Supplier. I designed, set up and produced sampling and production specs, graphics, graphic packs & followed product from design to production. I was involved it a lot of hands on travel to India, Asia & Europe for production and sourcing. It was my role along with the MD & sales manager to pitch to clients & present ranges we had worked on specifically for them or following a brief received by them. This included understanding the margins & factory capacity/ volume.
