• Run the development process of in-house collections and collaborations with external brands such as Margaret Howell, Raf Simons, Pleasures etc. • Coordinate with suppliers and factories, negotiating costs and delivery times aligning with the brand’s strategy. • Manage brand collaborations, working closely with designers, ensuring both creative visions are reflected on the product. • Control of all the development stages, researching and sourcing materials and techniques, choosing appropriate qualities and attending fit meetings.

• Oversee and coordinate the whole production process, from design stages through to shipment sample sign-off, ensuring quality standards. Responsible for logistics management and customer care. • Control production costs, ensuring adherence to budget, and seeking cost-effective solutions to optimize the process. • The collection showcases planning and production, from conceptual development through to on-site coordination and post-production management. • E-commerce management, optimizing product listings and enhancing customer experience.

Assist with the design stages, researching for new collections, and helping create tech packs and CADs. Support on logistics, quality control and day-to-day tasks, gaining hands-on experience in the production process.

Collaborate with editors and the marketing team on research and day-to-day tasks. Assisting with content planning, events and collaboration coordination.
