Thoughtful, ambitious, and detail oriented, I bring a personal brand of positivity, professionalism and authenticity to any environment I find myself in. My desire to perform to a high standard is supported by my experiences which allow me to balance a realistic understanding of the customer service environment and a willingness to learn more. Prior customer experience in a busy food festival environment, a special education public event, and tutoring primary school students have sharpened my natural ability to connect, build rapport with and engage with multiple groups to meet their needs, making me a natural fit for a customer facing role. As an avid consumer of beauty products, my appreciation for high quality, targeted care extends to my desire to have customers looking and feeling their best. Having completed my A Levels, I now seek to focus on my skills development full time for the summer before starting at Kings College London in late September, eager and available to start immediately.

In this role, I undertook a wide range of roles such as administrative work and assisting with the graduation event held for the class of 2023. This involved evacuation briefing, directing guests to respective seats and some brief health and safety training. In this week of work experience, I also completed a project mainly focused on real estate management; this involved speaking to the construction site team members about entry into the industry, current developments and assisting with protocol inspections of the campus buildings.
