Spanish architect specialized in retail design with a promising luxury trajectory.
M. Solaz was assisting me and my colleague in our creative missions, doing inspirational research, presentations, 3D models and sketches to present to the retail director. He was also able to do the follow-up by his own, communicating with our local colleagues in English (oral & writing) and updating the projects until local installation. His mission was not only creative but also managing project in all the technical aspects as checking supplier’ drawings, doing photo reports of the mock-ups and share precise feedback. On both aspects architectural and merchandising he could easily adapt to the different missions and quickly understand the main codes from the brand. By the time, he could be autonomous on managing his own projects, responsive to solve easily the issues he could face and deal with multiple tasks at the same time. He learns very fast and understand what we expected from him. His patience was very precious as the processes internally were rigorous, and his personality was the perfect fit within a big company as l’Oréal. I definitely recommend M. Solaz for a project manager role.
